Orders must be placed by 11:59pm EST on Friday for all deliveries the week of May 8th–14th. New menus are available for the following week every Saturday at 12:00am EST.*

I'm always worried about my family eating healthy, and although I cook I most nights. There's always those days that turn into nights where I don't have time to cook my family dinner, and we end up ordering take-out multiple times a week. I found Prepped, and asked if they could develop a family plan, so that I had the peace of mind that those 1 or 2 days a week when I was too busy to prepare dinner for my family, that we had a healthy dinner, that my kids and husband actually enjoyed eating already prepared in my fridge ready to eat in minutes. This plan has saved my family from eating countless pizza & French fries with whole-food balanced meals that they enjoy even more than those greasy substitutes
