We bring in fresh ingredients every single week, never storing any extra food for future orders. Due to the fact that our menu changes every week, these photos are just visual representations of the meals we serve.

Paleo Meal Plans
The Paleo diet is based on emulating the diet of our hunter-gatherer ancestors, who were genetically the same as modern humans. They thrived eating such foods and were free of diseases like obesity, diabetes and heart disease. The diet includes whole, unprocessed foods that resemble what they look like in nature.
Several studies suggest that the Paleo diet can lead to significant weight loss (without calorie counting) and major improvements in health for some individuals. However, when you have so many responsibilities on your plate, it can be difficult to find the time to prepare healthful meals that meet the guidelines of this diet. Many of us may be tempted to order food out on days that we don’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, most of these foods are high in salt and saturated fat.

Order Paleo Meal Plans for a Week
Each week, you can order delicious prepared meals with no subscription. At Prepped, we understand that your schedule is hectic and that it changes all the time. That is why we don’t force you to commit to a long-term meal plan. Place your order at any time before noon on Thursday to have your premade meals delivered on a day of your choosing on the following week.
Our Paleo Meal Plans come in packages of 5, 10, 15 or 20. This gives you the flexibility to eat Paleo more than once a day or to share meals with family members. If you find that you ordered too many meals for the week, you can store the extras in your freezer for up to one month.
