Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping options based on our ability to deliver meals fresh to your doorstep. Therefore, we do not offer our customers various shipping options. Meals are delivered to your residential or commercial location on Mondays based on the previous week’s order that took place prior to Saturday at 1pm EST.
Delivery does not require signature or person to receive package.
Delivery is made in an insulated container with ice-packs to maintain safe conditions throughout the day for your meals.
Where We Ship
Currently we deliver to specific regions of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Sign up for our e-mail newsletter to find out when we expand to your area.
- Order of 5 items = $15 flat rate shipping
- Order of 10, 15 or 20 items = $15 flat rate shipping
Return & Refunds Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of of our product, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Customers do have the ability to request a refund on their order should there be an issue.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product from Prepped, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the problem.
Prepped reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding issuing of refunds to customers. All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit for use on future orders.
All cancelations for Monday deliveries must be made by the previous Saturday by 11:59am EST. Refund of cancelation will be issued in the form of store credit.
